Ingredients: Tulsi/Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica)
Directions: 1 tsp per 8-12 oz of water; bring water to boil, pour in herbs, cover, turn off heat, and let steep for 20 minutes; strain, add some local honey or your favorite sweetner, and enjoy! Store in a cool, dark place.
