Ingredients: Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum), Mint (Mentha piperita), Lemon verbena (Alaysia citriodora)
Directions: 1 tsp per 8-12 oz of water; bring water to boil, pour in herbs, cover, turn off heat, and let steep for 20 minutes; strain, add some raw honey or favorite sweetner, if any, and enjoy! Store in a cool, dark place.
