Elderberry Syrup
Traditionally used to fight off the cold and flu season, this honey-based syrup is prepared via a multifractional process and packed with antioxidant-rich elderberries and flowers. Honey - sourced locally - and elder berries and flowers (Sambucus nigra) are known for their antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Ingredients: Dried elderberries and elderflowers, rosehips, local raw honey, distilled water, organic pure grain alcohol, organic apple cider vinegar, glycerin, cardamon seeds, and cinnamon granules.
Directions: 1-2 tsp up to 3 times a day; you can add it to your favorite hot tea or other beverage. If refrigerated, it will keep for 1 year; 6 months, if stored in a cool, dark place.
